Welcome to the venue. To keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following rules during your visit. Repeated violations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Proper Footwear
Non-marking court shoes are required on the playing surface. Sandals, boots, and street shoes are not permitted on the courts.
Time Management
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking. Courts are released after the venue's no-show grace period so that other players can use the slot.
Noise & Sportsmanship
Keep volume reasonable and respect all players, coaches, and venue staff. Aggressive or abusive behavior will result in suspension of your booking privileges.
Equipment Care
Return any borrowed paddles, racquets, or balls in the same condition you received them. Report damage or missing equipment to staff immediately.
Food & Drinks
Water is welcome courtside. All other food and drinks must stay in the designated lounge or dining area — not on the playing surface.
